We’re excited to announce that the Proxy Switcher tool is back—and safe to use again with the latest update of TCommander Bot v1.1.59.0.
What Changed?
Until recently, using proxies with credentials (username and password) was risky. Chrome stopped supporting this method, which led to failed connections and, in some cases, bot detection and bans.
But now, with our latest update, travian bot no longer allows proxy connections that use credentials. If you try to log in with a proxy that includes a username and password, the connection will fail automatically—protecting your account from unsafe setups.
What You Need to Do
If you were using proxies with credentials, it’s time to switch to credential-free proxies. Most proxy providers support this via IP binding, which allows you to authenticate based on your IP address instead of login credentials.
We recommend IPRoyal
We’ve tested it extensively, and it works smoothly with TCommander Bot.
How to Verify Your Proxy Setup
After updating your proxy configuration, follow these steps to confirm it’s working correctly:
- Hover your mouse over the Chrome icon in the Windows taskbar
- When the mini-windows pop up, right-click and choose “Maximize”
- Open a new tab and visit: https://whatismyipaddress.com
- Check the IP shown on the site:
- If it matches your proxy IP – You’re connected through the proxy
- If it shows your local IP – The extension is not working, and you’re exposed
Thanks for Your Patience
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the proxy issue. If you were banned recently, know that we’re always working hard to stay ahead of detection systems and keep your empire safe.
Stay updated, stay protected—and keep building your legacy.
We are working hard to make the best bot ever known.
Sincerely,
TCommander Bot Team
