Our community has grown massively, and with that growth came a higher demand for fast, organized, and reliable support. To keep improving and to serve you better, we’ve moved away from the old email-based support system.
The old email address (contact@tcommanderbot.com) is no longer available for support.
It will no longer receive or process customer support messages.

But don’t worry — we’re not removing support… We’re replacing it with something much better.
