Dear players, today we are releasing a TCommander Bot update with some fixes and improvements to prevent bot detection. Also we provide some important instructions if you face certain issues.
Added extra notifications when bot settings are risky
Despites most users know how to setup the bot correctly to avoid detection, some of them are still using the bot with risky settings and are being banned and then they come to us because their account is banned. All users must know that if they don’t follow our suggestions in our Bot Security page, it is at their own risk and must accept the ban if it occurs. That is why we added some notifications after the user tries to save a risky settings. So no need to waste time by contacting us after they are banned:
If “Stop bot if it is too active” option is not enabled, the bot could be online many hours a day for different reasons: The user setup a risky schedule, the user started the bot manually or if the bot has a bug in the scheduler. So this option is very important to ensure that your account is not too active and avoid bot detection. If you disable it, it is at your own risk.
If you choosed “Yes” from the first notification you will get this last message.
“Data retrieval failed…” old error have been fixed.
For long time travian bot had this error that was caused by a cookie issue in Chrome browser while doing different automatic tasks. Now all automatic tasks have been improved and this error is gone forever.
Login problem with Chrome
Since the previous Chrome version 138 update, it started failing in some computers when the user tries to login with the bot. Instead of opening the Chrome browser, it shows a console window with error messages like these:
If you are facing this problem while trying to login with the bot. The solution for this problem is simple. Just create another windows user and run the bot from that user. It is a problem caused by the Chrome update, there is nothing else we can do to fix it.
Customer support email inbox was full
Our customer support email address was full last week and we were unable to receive email for 2 or 3 days. We have solved this issue and now you can contact contact us back again by email.
We plan to add a customer support system very soon to avoid these problem with our email address.

- Fixed: Going to the resources field failed because the page loaded automatically too quickly.

- Fixed: Error when bot windows text rendering fails for certain screen resolutions.
