These problems have been caused by the migration of the website to a better hosting provider in order to increase website performance and the migration of our emails delivery service to increase email delivery.

travian bot have been updated to the latest version of game servers and it has no errors at this moment. If you had any error during the time that we could not provide customer support, we suggest you to update to latest version v0.0.188.0 and try again.

Security status to avoid ban
Currently, TCommander Bot is in a good security status. You will not get ban as long as you follow our bot security instructions and not use 2 features that are causing bot detection. Those features are explained below.
Avoid using these features
- When using slow farming feature, try not to use “raid with reports” option. This option may cause your account to be banned. Choose “raid without reports” instead.
- Load reports from “Reports” tab.
