- enter your server account credentials in TCommander app to login your server.
We collect your server account password only in a critical situation when we are unable to reproduce a bug or error reported by you and we need to debug TCommander in our end by using your server account. When this situation occurs, one of our support agents will ask your server account password directly by email.
We do NOT collect your server account password when you enter it to login with TCommander.
Your server account password is saved in your local PC to allow TCommander to login your account and is never saved in our servers.
How do we use your information?
We use your email address in the following ways:
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
- To send periodic emails regarding your order, product updates and new information published in our blog.

How do we protect your information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.
We do not use Malware Scanning.
